Additional Notes Four Hands is a commercially available CD that documents a significant proportion of the major/large-scale Australian piano duet repertoire, while at the same time making a case for further development of the genre. The CD aims to rejuvenate the medium through four recording premieres including two large-scale sonatas. Composers include Ross Edwards, Carl Vine, Peter Sculthorpe, Stuart Greenbaum and Elena Kats-Chernin. The CD was album of the week on ABC Classic FM in late 2016, and was featured on RN’s The Music Show. The entire CD was broadcast and streamed in Southern California along with a radio interview about the CD with duo member Liam Viney. The Greenbaum commission led to a collaboration with the Queensland Ballet in it's Dance Dialogues series.
