Abstract A device which allows multiple injections of horseradish peroxidase to be made into the spinal cord with minimal tissue damage is described. The unit is constructed from commercially available capillary glass, silicon vacuum grease and fast drying dental cement. It is cheap and simple to construct and permits the injection of known volumes as small as 7.8 nl.
