Abstract This is a study of the effect of autologous lymphocytes on human malignant uveal melanoma in cell culture. Morphological changes and counts of surviving tumor cells were the criteria of damage. No significant quantitative or qualitative difference could be found between tests and controls up to 48 days after tumor removal.
