Abstract The vibrational band origins of 7Li3+, 7Li26Li+ and 6Li27Li+ were calculated by using the t-coordinate vibrational Hamiltonian of Carney et al. The results for 7Li3+ and 7Li26Li+agree with those of Henderson et al.obtained by using a body-fixed scattering coordinate Hamiltonian. No vibrational band origins for 6Li27Li+ have so far been reported.
