Formatted Abstract/Summary
Technologies of an input-limited unit, characterized by a bounded subset of the global vector of inputs, are of interest because production activities often take place under constraints on the quantities of inputs procurable over finite periods. If an organization produces a vector of outputs, the part of that vector representing by-products such as pollutants may also be constrained by storage limitations or by government regulations. In this case production takes place with an output-limited unit.
