Abstract/Summary This video shows key findings of PhD reserach undertaken in Colombia, Latin America. This study examines the processes of multistaleholder collaboration as an integral parts of the development of sustainable livelihoods of communities. It does this through case studies focused on human capital capacity building in resource region of Latin America.
