本文利用我国29个省级行政单位1995—2007年的数据. 考察了FDI流入通过技术溢出对我国能源强度的影响。 结果显示,FDI流入一定程度上能降低中国的能源强度,但统计上并不显著。 这说明FDI流入在中国并没有产生节约能源的溢出效应。 为了提高包括我国在内的发展中国家的能源效率,发达国家应加大节能减排技术转让的力度. 发展中国家也要加强自主创新,增加研究与开发支出,以提高吸收外国先进技术的能力.

In this paper, 29 provincial-level administrative units of 1995-2007 data. The effects of FDI inflows through technology spillover effects on China's energy intensity. The results show, FDI inflows to some extent to reduce China's energy intensity, but not statistically significant. This shows that FDI inflows did not have a spillover effect of energy conservation in China. In order to improve energy efficiency in developing countries including China, developed countries should increase energy conservation technology transfer efforts. Developing countries should strengthen independent innovation, increased research and development spending to increase the capacity to absorb foreign advanced technologies.
