Session format

Our 55-­‐minute, interactive session on Patron Driven Acquisition (PDA) is designed to share experiences  and invite discussion. It is structured as a  series of loops.  Each iteration  contains:
                       • Slides, outlining  aspects of PDA – which will generate:
                                  o Questions from the audience, addressed by the panel; and
                                  o PDA story-­‐telling by  the audience, prompting  general discussion.
