Formatted Abstract/Summary This report considers the implications of flexible delivery which arise for the University of
Queensland Library in supporting the University’s move to enhance the range and effectiveness of its learning experiences and accommodate student needs through flexible delivery in teaching and learning. It identifies issues that constrain remote access to electronic data and the delivery of information and other support to remote students. In response to these issues, various recommendations for actions are made.
