Abstract One of the first field trips undertaken by the Queensland Historical Atlas PhD students Luke Keogh and Owen Powell took them to the Warrego River in south-west Queensland. This fieldwork was a distinct moment for the Atlas; instead of funding cartographers to produce new maps the Australian Research Council grant funded fieldwork. A search of the landscape.
