Abstract/Summary Animal Welfare in University Cafeterias Getting my university cafeteria to sell meat meals from animals that have lived a relatively normal outdoor life (organic and free range meat), rather than a life in cruel factory farms, was a protracted challenge which has brought some small success. Creative resistance was required, using philosophical reasoning, win-win psychology, signatures, praxis, and persistence. Can this small change be a model of wider revolution for the most silent of all oppressed subjects?
