This report sets out to examine the current processes for achieving a company turnaround and examine how applicable they are to small companies given the differing constraints that small companies face and the additional problems and pressures which can be encountered.

A model is proposed for small companies which it hypothesises will enable small businesses to achieve a sustainable turnaround. The model has not been tested in its current form but is applicable to any small company facing difficulties.
