Recent years have seen the increasing availability of inexpensive computer systems to address small business problems.

This study explored the ability of small businessmen to come to grips with this new opportunity and their satisfaction with their computer systems after installation.

Responses were obtained from 19 small businessmen and 10 consultants.

The results, conclusions and recommendations for additional research are reported herein.
