* PDC & FDS measurements are suitable for reliable estimation of average moisture in solid part of transformer insulation.
* PDC & FDS based condition assessment techniques can be used for correct asset management and ranking of transformer conditions.
* The developed pattern recognition algorithms can be successfully applied for classifying incipient faults inside a transformer insulation system.
