Formatted abstract
Epidermal growth factor (EGF) and EGF-like transforming growth factor (TGF) i.e. TGFα, may play a part in fetal and neonatal maturational processes. This study was undertaken, therefore, to determine the effects of highly purified TGFα and TGFβ on PGE2 production by amnion cells.
