Objectives - To encourage the highest standards of morality and decency in writing, reading, film and television viewing, photography, advertising, entertainment and commercial display; to mould public opinion on the harm done (especially to adolescents) by the undermining of public and private moral standards; to examine the law regarding obscene and indecent material, to support rigid enforcement and to provide advice on amendment to the law.
