Abstract/Summary A majority of early embryonic mortality in cattle occurs within the initial three weeks of gestation. The aim of this study was to compare survival rates and morphology of embryos produced by either in vitro production (IVP), cloning by subzonal injection of the karyoplast (SUZI) or handmade cloning (HMC) at Days 14 (D14) and 21 (D21) of gestation.
