McLucas (Committe Chairman), Sir Lewis Casson, Dame Sybil Thorndike. J.J. Stable Tree Theatre was an open aired theatre that was once located in a park near Union College carpark. Due to the carpark, this theatre was closed. It was named in honour of J. J. Stable, a former English professor at The University of Queensland.
