Formatted Abstract/Summary Purpose: To compare Quantitative EEG (qEEG) with diffusion and perfusion imaging in predicting outcome from acute middle cerebral artery stroke at 30 days.

Conclusion: We found that change in the total delta power from 7 to 15 hours post-stroke and MRI diffusion lesion volumes were both correlated with the 30 day NIHSS.
