Abstract/Summary The objective for this systematic review is to compare the effectiveness of a multidisciplinary team care model on the progression of CKD by pre-dialysis adult patients in comparison to the model of traditional medical care. The review will explore clinical outcomes measuring renal function as well as patients’ wellbeing measured as QoL.
