Abstract/Summary The Sir William MacGregor building and Physiology lecture theatres, completed in October 1964, were officially opened on 22 June 1965. Eventually this open space, sometimes used for matriculation ceremonies and concerts, was enclosed and developed into the Physiology Refectory.
