Formatted abstract 語言是最重要的民族屬性之一,但不是唯一的屬性,也非確定民族認同的必要條件,以語言定義民族、以民族組成國家是起源于近代德國的語言民族主義理論的核心內容,在歷史上起過正面作用,也起過負面影響.語言的民族屬性標記功能在近代德國和法國表現突出,但在英國、愛爾蘭等則相對弱化,甚至若有若無.同主要歐洲國家相比,中國近代和現代語言規劃工作更強調語言作為交際手段的工具價值和實用效率.

Language is one of the most important national property, but not the only attribute, also determine the necessary condition for national identity, ethnicity, language definition of the nation state is the core content originated in the language of modern German nationalism theoryplayed a positive role in history, also played a negative impact. the language of the national property tag features outstanding performance in modern Germany and France, but in the UK, Ireland, the relative weakening, even Ruoyouruowu. compared with the major European countries,Chinese modern and contemporary language planning more emphasis on language as a tool value and practical efficiency of the means of communication.
