Abstract This is a letter to the editor describing a patient with acute transverse myelitis occurring after a tetanus toxoid booster administration. Although it is possible that the patient's myelopathy occurred independently of the vaccination, the timing and absence of an alternative explanation may implicate tetanus toxoid.
